Returns Policy
Placeholder policy — must be reviewed, including against local consumer law, before launch.
Our cards are personalized digital products. Unused card credits stay in your account, and cards that fail to send or are cancelled before sending return their credit automatically. Our final refund policy will set out your rights clearly.
If something isn't right
If a card doesn't reach someone or doesn't look as previewed, please contact us and we'll put it right. Full details will be confirmed before launch.
